I unpacked PK2 files from this game and all the resources are in smaller PAK files dedicated to the level each. Looking inside with HEX, I see that the there are .ms2 and .st2 files. According to the developer's previous games - which is also Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb - I assume that .ms2 stands for the models (was .msh previously) and .st2 is textures (was .st previously).
