I extract pak file with qbms and uasset,uexp files edited with Life Is Strange: True Colors - Texttool v1.3. Reimported with qbms but when i open the game....

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 5134]
Corrupted index in pak file (SHA hash mismatch).

Original .locres size: 1663Kb
New .locres size (without changing characters): 1790Kb

Edit: Reupload .locres file cause the first one was modified and not original. Fixed

I'll attach .locres file and used scripts.

Yeah, I did test it in the game before checking it
(And I know I should use HxD, but I'm kinda lazy)

I noticed it created a new file for you in a new folder, but that never happened for me.
So I went ahead and created "out" folder and it immediately made files there and it's working in-game

it's a Recoil Curves BluePrints
